The space invites interior designers, architects and creatives to experience the perfect blend of luxury design and sustainable practices.

Renovating this former cafe into a lighting showroom was a wholly collaborative process, with a focus on local suppliers and a dedication to recycling and reusing materials. Led by Design Director, Will Earl and Sales Director, Gerda Zemblyte, the team partnered with Solus, a local tile expert, to repurpose the former tenants’ trademark green tiles into stunning new terrazzo tiles and worktop. These innovative tiles will feature throughout the space, each telling a story of creativity, resourcefulness, and dedication to reducing waste.
