Modern Affordable Housing Development in Gravesend

As part of Gravesham Borough Council new build programme Bellway homes have successfully developed a site on land south of Dalefield Way, Gravesend, a key site identified by Gravesham council for residential development.
The Bellway Homes development consisted of 157 contemporary new homes offered in a variety of styles to appeal to a variety of audiences, including a selection of 2-bedroom apartments and 2, 3 and 4-bedroom houses.
As part of Gravesham Council’s Affordable Housing obligation 39 homes will be delivered by West Kent Housing Association comprising 20 homes for Shared Ownership and 19 for Affordable Rent.
Some of the Affordable Housing will be completed by Autumn 2017, whilst most of the completions will take place in 2018.
This modern housing development enjoys excellent transport links with London, the M25 and the Dartford Crossing reachable in around 15 minutes by car and driving times into central London can be as little as 55 minutes.
