Luxury student accommodation a welcome addition to Durham's urban landscape

Stansons Group are pleased to have been awarded the shading package for Ernest Place, a prestigious new student accommodation development in Durham, on behalf of main contractor Bowmer and Kirkland.

The 350 bed student residential scheme in the heart of Dragonsville, Durham consists of a 4-storey development built on a former industrial site off Renny's lane.

The accommodation, owned by Studious Investment Management, will be run by Collegiate AC and is expected to be completed by August 2017 with students moving in for the 2017/18 academic year.


Ernest place is aimed at postgraduate students providing a style and facilities akin to their future professional living requirements.
