Elliot Chmielinski, Stansons Group Sales Manager, is responsible for managing and leading the Account Management team. He joined the company on 3rd January 2017 and looks forward to “working with a dynamic and skilled set of individuals in driving growth and supporting the continued development of the team.” Speaking highly of his colleagues, he feels “privileged to have been welcomed by such a friendly, committed and motivated team.”

Elliot explains how the company culture of ‘people come first’ “underpins everything we do as a business and as a team we will continue to develop excellent relationships with our clients and support them at every stage of their project.”

When asked to describe what he most enjoys so far about working at Stansons Group, Elliot praised the “fantastic” head office; “They really understand that people work in different ways and that productivity is not always achieved by being sat at one desk day in, day out.” Employees have the opportunity to work in different zones and choose a space that suits their working ethos and for many, including Elliot, this proves to be a real bonus.

The new Sales Manager has spoken of his numerous professional ambitions having joined the Stansons team; “I would like to successfully navigate my career in such a way as to reach Director level of a Company. Leading a Company and being able to strategically drive growth and profitability through the development and nurturing of great teams that form the foundations of a successful business, is a challenge I strive for.”

However, on a more personal note, apart from having the longest surname in the company, Elliot's dream is to play on the pitch at Bristol City FC!
