This staggering 53-storey landmark is one of the tallest structures under construction in the UK, standing at an impressive 187 metres. Furthermore, the inside is equally impressive with Make Architects’ exquisitely designed 423 residential apartments, residents’ lounge and business facilities. Ironically, this concrete monster will surprisingly boost the number of London’s green open spaces, with over 70% of the site’s footprint to be dedicated to a carefully planned new public garden. Already over 50% of the development is sold, although it is clear to see why. The end is insight with the main construction work scheduled for completion in 2020.


Introducing the luxurious new build set in the heart of the iconic SW postcode, with an equally befitting name, Prince of Wales Drive. Not only is this build royal by name but also by nature, as it features a collection of spacious apartments with premium specification and distinctive interior design by The Gallery HBA.

Interior Designer Muza Lab have created a contemporary palette of colours and finishes unique to the Prince of Wales Drive. They took inspiration from the urban industrial heritage of the development and nature of the neighbouring Battersea Park to ensure a stylish, contemporary and welcoming finish.

The state-of-the-art residents' facilities include a 17m pool, sauna, steam room, 8th floor roof terrace, 24-hour concierge and secure basement parking. The first residents are expected to move in from 2019, with the site complete by 2025.

Escape city life in the beautifully tranquil central garden designed by landscape architects Gillespies that lies in the centre of Prince of Wales Drive. They have designed the gardens and materials to reference the areas past and proximity to the peaceful 200 acre Battersea Park. Berkeley Homes have ensured that this is not simply a home but an experience, with the ease and comfort of a hotel and the interior of a gallery.


Ardmore will truly place its stamp on the area with this multi-use regeneration project aimed to revitalise the area for decades to come, with a combination of residential and large commercial space.

Place making and community are truly at the heart of this scheme, shown by the carefully curated public spaces and thoughtful landscaping, designed to capitalise on its urban setting. The first phase of this multi-phase project is currently under construction rising up to 18 storeys, and will be completed by the end of the year, delivering 234 apartments for private rent. Later phases will see the construction of further homes which will be available for purchase and rent, along with additional neighbourhood retail, commercial space and new public places. This project will also include a new flagship decathlon store, high quality retail stores, a new neighbourhood food store, waterside restaurants and cafes, commercial work space, an art-house cinema, a health centre, community sports facilities, including a tennis court and a significant new public green space at the centre of the development.

Set to finish in 2022 and with a construction value of £673m, it certainly is an impressive build to be part of.
