The red brick exterior is truly bringing the development
to life, containing stylish studio apartments, penthouses, 595 new homes,
43,600 sq. ft of commercial retail space and one acre of landscaped gardens
with integrated water feature and bespoke artwork by Tom Price.
Bare brick statement
Bare brick is a statement piece in its own right, which is exactly what Keybridge house is, a mixed-use unique project by Mount Anvil. This statement comes in the form of the eight-storey Keybridge House, and the main attraction, Keybridge Lofts, which at 37 storeys, will be the UK's tallest residential brick tower.

The product used for this specific project was the Stansons roller blind in dim-out and blackout fabric using Bryn and Marston to achieve this. These were then installed into a recess above the ceiling for a neat and concealed finish. They are all operated with manual chains retained for compliance with child safety law and all fabrics fire retardant. This specific fit out is multi-phase over a number of years and is ongoing, Stansons are working closely alongside the contractor on their programme to ensure smooth delivery of 595 units across 6 buildings.
